What is RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) exactly?

RPO is a strategic partnership, in which Pro Contact takes over your company’s hiring process. We take care of the entire recruitment process, from placing the job post to selecting candidates. What is the difference between RPO on the one hand, and traditional recruitment agencies, secondment, and temp agencies on the other hand?
